I'm relocating to Richmond with my husband, Andrew, after 15+ years working as a senior strategy and operations leader at the intersection of international affairs, crisis management, and strategic communications.

I've spent my career defending gay rights in Hong Kong and across Europe, advancing recognition of same-sex marriage, mentoring LGBTQ professionals navigating their careers, and organizing international events that advance LGBT rights in challenging environments. My professional background spans communications, external affairs, and leading multimillion-dollar portfolios across borders.

Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, I've lived in six countries and bring both strategic expertise and lived experience bridging cultures and building coalitions in sensitive contexts.

I'm exploring opportunities in Richmond where my crisis management, stakeholder relations, and chief of staff skills can make an impact.
