Virginia Fitness Group (VFG) is a woman-, AAPI-, and LGBTQ-owned small business operating the two Row House fitness studios in the greater Richmond area (Willow Lawn & Midlothian). With the studios in danger of closing, a small group of Row House members and staff joined together with a mission to grow the indoor rowing community in Richmond and help members continue to achieve their goals. Collectively, our team has rowed over 13 million meters and we are dedicated to creating an inclusive fitness experience for all Virginians. One boat. One crew. We pull together.
