Formation PT + Performance specializes in bridging the gap between rehab and performance. We get active & motivated adult athletes in RVA moving better and feeling better - by getting to the root cause to get results that last.

We are a welcoming space for the LGBTQIA+ community. Our office is located in Body Arc - RVA’s first queer-owned gym. We believe identity should never impact your health care. Your pronouns and preferred name are part of your medical record here. It matters.

Dr. Allison started Formation PT+ Performance, because, like you, she was fed up with the healthcare system. She wanted to create a space where you matter the most, not where you’re one of many, unsure of what to do next. You deserve the best in physical therapy.

Outside of the gym, you’ll most likely see her working out with her awesome wife or playing with their pup.
